Job Description:
A Bitdefender Commercial & Audience Data Analyst is Responsible for modeling, centralizing and integrating all initiatives and acquisition programs (operational plan), as well as signaling deviations from the plan and recommending alternative solutions to compensate for them;
The ideal candidate is a data enthusiast, with strong analytic and communication skills, eager to come forward with ideas and recommendations.
The role reports to the Sales & Marketing Operations Director
Responsibilities:
- Define & implement relevant KPI’s that derive from the company’s business indicators and following customer lifecycle and purchase funnel, carry out complex web analysis and get recommendations for action, while bridging the gap between business and Data & Advanced Analytics team.
- Reporting on key metrics, analyzing, interpreting trends and providing actionable insights based on analytical data
- Responsible for carrying out financial calculations (Business Cases) to estimate the financial impact of various initiatives in the procurement area;
- Forecasts daily, monthly sales, etc. through weekly meetings and by modeling and analyzing the evolution of the most important indicators;
- Analyzes competitors' movements and proposes appropriate adjustments to commercial offers dedicated to customers;
- Provides monitoring analyses with a focus on key processes such as segmentation, A/B testing, as well as key performance indicators: average billing value per customer, total order value per customer, anticipating potential deviations and preparing alternative solutions to compensate for them;
- Analyze customer behavior in our online channels and become a trustworthy consultant for our stakeholders
- Consolidate data from multiple sources to create integrated and scalable views that can be used to drive decision making
- Provide one time analysis for specific products and experiments, define critical business metrics and track them rigorously, and provide regular recommendations to achieve continuous improvements;
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs/ pain points to scope up their problems and enhance internal processes through automation and improve productivity.
Requirements:
- Experience min. 3 years in data analysis related roles
- Work experience in project management
- Strong Excel skills (advanced level) and databases (SQL)
- Experience with Power BI tool
- Problem solver: ability to evaluate and design creative solutions for various tasks in a timely manner
- Effective communicator: able to effectively communicate the analytical findings and convey clear messages
- Self-Starter. Ability to work independently and drive own projects.
