About the role

We are looking for a senior-level UX Designer to join our Product & Design team on a temporary assignment. This role will focus on a greenfield project: designing a new front-end layer for our software product, targeted at a new segment in the energy market

Our current product front end is tailored for expert users, with extensive configuration options and a steep learning curve. For the new market, we need a lighter, more intuitive, and easy-to-use front end: One that minimizes training requirements and is cost-effective to maintain.

This is a unique opportunity to lay the foundation of a new user experience that will be pivotal for our product strategy.

About you

• Proven experience in greenfield UX projects, ideally in enterprise or B2B software and in the energy market.
• Strong expertise in setting up design systems.
• Ability to conduct user research and translate findings into personas and workflows.
• Excellent skills in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-level UI sketches.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to coach and inspire less experienced designers.
• A pragmatic, hands-on approach: able to balance conceptual thinking with concrete deliverables.
