AB Mavatar is looking for an experienced and proactive Human Resource Manager to lead our HR efforts and support our growing, innovative company located in the heart of Helsingborg.

About the Role

As HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with our business goals. You will work closely with senior management and play a key role in fostering a positive, productive, and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employer branding efforts
• Advise on labor law, employee relations, and performance management
• Drive employee engagement and professional development programs
• Manage HR administration and continuously improve internal processes
• Drive and coordinate internal communication (news, changes, policies, onboarding materials) in close collaboration with Marketing & Communications.

 What We’re Looking For

• A university degree in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a qualified HR role, preferably in a leadership position
• Strong communication and organizational skills with a collaborative mindset
• Solid knowledge of Swedish labor law and HR systems
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
