Position Description

We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior IT Process Specialist who can work with the management team at QDS to lead and develop our IT environment. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for ensuring that QDS IT infrastructure and IT systems are efficient, secure, and meet the needs of the business.
The role will work closely within current leadership structures with opportunities to develop into a more senior position with greater responsibility once established in the role.
Key responsibilities:
- Support leadership and development of the IT team taking on additional responsibilities as they arise to develop within the position
- Plan and implement IT projects, collaborating with other departments to support business goals
- Ensure that IT systems are secure and functioning optimally - monitor and maintain network and server infrastructure and handle daily IT support cases and incidents
- Support in the management of IT budgets and resources
- Work with others to develop and implement the company's IT strategy
- Perform regular security checks and updates
Position Requirements

- Relevant university education in IT or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in a relevant IT position with senior-level responsibilities
- Good knowledge of networking, system administration and IT security
- Experience in project management
- Leadership skills with an adaptable and flexible approach and the ability to take on additional responsibilities as they arise
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken, in both English and Swedish essential
