Are you looking to advance your career in the field of compliance and financial crime prevention? Through Oliver James, you can join as a Compliance Analyst and play a key role in safeguarding the integrity of financial institutions. In this role, you will review client files, analyze risks, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. You will work in a dynamic environment where accuracy, communication, and impact are essential.
Responsibilities
- Conducting compliance reviews on both private and business clients.
- Monitoring and analyzing financial data to detect unusual activities.
- Preparing clear reports with well-founded risk assessments.
- Requesting additional information from clients or relationship managers where needed.
- Collaborating with colleagues to contribute to team targets and backlog reduction.
Your profile
You are analytical, detail-oriented, and motivated to contribute to a safer financial system. For this role we require:
- Bachelor's degree or higher (preferably in Law, Economics, or related field).
- Minimum of 6-12 months' experience in compliance, KYC, CDD or AML.
- Knowledge of financial regulations (e.g. AMLD, Wwft, sanctions legislation).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proactive, accurate, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
