In this role, you will review client files, analyze risks, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. Responsibilities

• Conducting compliance reviews on both private and business clients.
• Monitoring and analyzing financial data to detect unusual activities.
• Preparing clear reports with well-founded risk assessments.
• Requesting additional information from clients or relationship managers where needed.
• Collaborating with colleagues to contribute to team targets and backlog reduction.

Your profile
You are analytical, detail-oriented, and motivated to contribute to a safer financial system. For this role we require:

• Bachelor's degree or higher (preferably in Law, Economics, or related field).
• Minimum of 6-12 months' experience in compliance, KYC, CDD or AML.
• Knowledge of financial regulations (e.g. AMLD, Wwft, sanctions legislation).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proactive, accurate, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
