Our 200 team members build and sell SaaS solutions that form a powerful Customer Engagement Platform. This includes CRM, DXP, Marketing Automation, and Email Builder tools.

JustRelate is looking for a skilled Backend Engineer to join the team and contribute to the development and optimization of our cloud-based marketing automation product within the JustRelate platform. Responsibilities

• Play a key role in the product development, architecture, and building of a sophisticated and highly scalable cloud solution.
• Develop and optimize the backend of our cloud-based marketing automation product as part of the JustRelate platform.
• Integrate and optimize workflows with other products of the platform.
• Collaborate with UI developers and DevOps engineers.
• Ensure the scalability and security of our services.
• Maintain and take ownership of the application.

Technical Skills

• You have fluent English language communication skills.
• 3+ years of experience in developing backend services in the cloud.
• Professional working experience with Go.
• Familiar with AWS stack, including SNS/SQS, S3, RDS, CodePipeline, Docker ECS.
• Experience with SQL / NoSQL databases and API Design (HTTP / REST API).
• You hold a degree in computer science or a similar relevant field.
• Knowledge and experience with AWS SES, GQL, gRPC, MCP is beneficial.
• Email Marketing Domain Knowledge (Deliverability, KPIs, Email authentication…) is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered assistants in software engineering is welcome here.
