We're now looking for a passionate Product Manager to join our dynamic team in Istanbul. This is an on-site role, requiring you to work 5 days a week from our office in Levent.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver features that are fun, engaging, and inspired by competitive benchmarks — blending creative thinking with data insights
Work closely with your team to shape and execute the product roadmap
Monitor progress of ongoing tasks, ensuring quality and timely delivery
Test ongoing features and identify bugs to ensure everything runs smoothly and stays on schedule
Analyze player data to understand what works, what doesn't, and why — turning insights into impactful decisions
Contribute to every stage of game development, from initial concept to live operations
Collaborate with your team to brainstorm ideas and push the boundaries of what our games can offer

Requirements

2+ years of hands-on experience in product management, ideally in the mobile gaming
Passion for games and understanding of what makes gameplay meaningful and engaging
Strong curiosity and constant drive to learn and improve
Collaborative mindset; experience working closely with cross-functional teams (development, art etc.)
Ability to extract insights from complex data sets and make informed, data-driven decisions
Understands how to keep features fun, engaging, and valuable
