About the Role

We are in the middle of a major transformation, modernizing our loan platform into a microservices architecture and investing heavily in cloud and automation technologies. We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with a solid software background and 2-3 years of experience, who is eager to take ownership and collaborate closely with development and infrastructure teams. This role will strengthen our CI/CD processes, support environment and infrastructure management, and contribute to implementing security standards.

What we are doing as IT&RD Team

• Implementing all new software developments with BDD, TDD concepts with agile teams.
• Developing unit , integration and cdc tests.
• Developing front end test automations.
• Implementing all new softwares on DevOps pipelines.
• Doing static code analysis and breaking the pipeline under predefined coverages.
• Working with totally open source tools. Such as ELK, Sonarqube, Keycloak, Nexus, Grafana, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, Selenium, Minio and more
• And in CI/CD concept we are really doing continuous deployment.

Responsibilities

CI/CD Processes

• Build and optimize pipelines in Jenkins
• Manage Bitbucket and SonarQube integrations
• Handle deployments with Argo-CD
• Extended DevOps workflows with MLOps capabilities to ensure scalable, secure, and continuous delivery of AI/ML models.

Deployment & Environment Management

• Manage Kubernetes or equivalent environments and version upgrades
• Support/responsible UAT, DR, and production deployment operations
• Ensure regular environment monitoring and control
• Manage base image version transitions through Gradle plugins, ensuring consistent and secure updates across microservices and automation packages.

Infrastructure & Security

• Support server installation and periodic patching
• Apply Prisma Cloud (Twistlock) or equivalent configurations
• Contribute to application versioning and externally exposed services management
• Coordinate with software teams for audit evidence and compliance requirements

Collaboration

• Work closely with Software Chapter Leads and integrated with Infrastructure team
• Take responsibility in critical tasks with consultancy support when needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in software development or DevOps roles
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Bitbucket, Argo-CD, or similar CI/CD tools
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and container technologies
• Linux system administration skills
• Familiarity with code quality and security tools (SonarQube, Prisma Cloud, or similar etc.)
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
