About You

If You Have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience),
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role,
• Proven experience in building advanced predictive analytics models and working with large datasets,
• Fluency in Python and experience with data science libraries,
• Hands-on experience with deep learning architectures such as CNN, RNN, LSTM,
• Hands on experience with libraries like Tensorflow, Keras, PyTorch, etc.
• Strong command of SQL and experience with big data frameworks such as Hadoop and Spark,
• Applied machine learning experience in real-world business scenarios,
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies,
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams, gather and interpret data, and clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders,
• Experience with computer vision is a plus.

What You’ll Do

• Understand complex operational and business problems, and take full ownership of turning large datasets into actionable insights using statistical methods and machine learning techniques,
• Conduct advanced statistical analyses to identify trends, evaluate performance, and generate data visualizations,
• Mine and analyze data from internal databases to support product development, optimize marketing strategies, and improve business outcomes,
• Analyze and extract relevant information from large amounts of historical data to help automate and optimize key processes,
• Extract meaningful information from historical data to automate and optimize critical processes,
• Develop monitoring tools and processes to track model performance and ensure data quality,
• Perform pre- and post-analysis of projects and newly launched features,
• Collaborate within cross-functional squads — including developers, product managers, and domain experts - to integrate models into production systems and ensure business impact.
