To strengthen our HR team, we are looking for a Junior HR Specialist.
Responsibilities
- Managing personnel files, employment contracts, and all employee-related documentation.
- Handling employee records, working time documentation, leave management, and other legally required HR reporting.
- Cooperation with our payroll.
- Overseeing benefits administration, medical check-ups and H&S training coordination.
- Supporting key global HR processes such as performance appraisals, salary reviews, engagement surveys, talent development, employer branding etc.
- Support in the day-to-day activities of the HR Ops department
- Employee support in current matters
- Onboarding new employees
- Processing of personnel administration
- Support in operational personnel management, including the preparation of necessary documents
- Support in the creation and optimization of processes, including participation in the analysis and collection of data
- Managing the circulation of employee documentation
- Benefits service
- Participating in the implementation of processes and projects in the area of HR
- Ongoing support for the team in everyday tasks
- Min. 1 year of relevant work experience in HR Administration area
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- Working knowledge of labour law and regulations: work time, social security regulations,
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Strong attention to details
- Availability to work in a hybrid model
