👥 What You’ll Do?

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes. (Job Posting, Screening, Interviewing, Onboarding)

• Support employee lifecycle operations, including contracts, leaves, and performance tracking.

• Assist in building and maintaining a strong company culture aligned with Slayz values.

• Coordinate training and development programs to support team growth.

• Handle HR documentation and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

• Partner with team leads to understand hiring needs and improve HR workflows.

• Support HR reporting and help implement best practices in people operations.

🧩 Who You Are?

• 1–3 years of experience in human resources or related roles.

• Knowledge of labor laws, HR processes, and compliance requirements.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a people-first mindset.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple tasks.

• Comfortable using HR tools, applicant tracking systems, or spreadsheets.

• Passionate about supporting people and building a positive workplace.

• Experience working with FinTech or consumer-facing apps.

• Comfort with automation/AI tools for marketing workflows.

• Knowledge of Gen Z digital trends and online culture.
