Company Overview:
Playsense is a creative agency, spun out of Wargaming in 2022. Originally founded as a game trailer studio within Wargaming, Playsense has grown into a multi-disciplinary and award-winning creative agency. Our core services include game trailers (both engine and CGI), Unreal Engine production, branding, visual communication, in-game cinematics and complex campaigns driven by hard work and hard fun.
Our team of ~80 digital nomads is spread all over the world, including Portugal, UK, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Germany, Montenegro, Poland, Cyprus, Serbia, Ukraine, Turkey, Georgia, UAE, Vietnam, Indonesia and the US.
We have collaborated with prestigious clients such as King, Krafton, People Can Fly, Riot Games, Scopely, Starbreeze, Supercell, Tencent, The Sandbox, Nacon, Ubisoft, and Wargaming.
We are looking for a talented Middle/Senior Gameplay Video Artist who can manage the entire production pipeline—from capture and in-engine setup to editing, color grading, and final delivery—across both mobile and PC/console titles.
Tasks
- Gameplay capture: staged scenes (single/multi), freecam, HUD off, time controls, bot/squad setups; in-engine gameplay when required.
- In-engine setup: Unreal (Sequencer), Unity (Timeline/Cinemachine), and readiness to jump into proprietary engines (Frostbite/Core/etc.).
- Editing & finishing: pacing, titles/supers, light MoGraph, subtitles/localization, exports per platform.
- Color: ACES/HDR→SDR, LUTs, mastering.
- Adaptations: 16:9, 9:16, 1:1, 4:5; cutdowns; thumbnails/GIFs/store assets; UA technical variants.
Requirements
- Strong UE/Unity, openness to proprietary engines.
- Mobile + PC/console familiarity; platform/store constraints.
- Tools: Premiere/Resolve/AE (or equivalents), capture cards/OBS; basic DAW skills.
- Fast ramp-up on new builds and pipelines; rigorous spec compliance.
Nice to have:
- In-engine cutscenes (Sequencer/Blueprints, Timeline/C#), camera rigs.
- ACES/HDR & color management.
- Multiplayer capture workflows.
Recruitment Process:
- Portfolio Review – to be completed by September 9.
- Short Test Assignment – only shortlisted candidates whose portfolios best match the position will receive a test task on September 11.
- Interview – candidates who successfully pass the test stage will be invited for an interview.
