Right now, we’re looking for a User Acquisition Manager (Mobile Games) to join our Performance Team and help us launch, manage, and optimize ad campaigns for mobile games across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, ASA, Unity Ads, ironSource, Applovin, and more.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Launch and optimize advertising campaigns for mobile games across multiple platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, ASA, Unity Ads, ironSource, Applovin, etc.).
  • Plan and manage advertising budgets (starting from $XXk per month).
  • Analyze performance metrics (CPI, ROAS, LTV, Retention, ARPU) and optimize campaigns to achieve growth targets.
  • Conduct A/B tests for creatives, hypotheses, and targeting strategies.
  • Collaborate with product and creative teams to improve user acquisition funnels (store assets, videos, playables).
  • Research and test new channels and ad formats.
  • Prepare reports and forecasts for campaign performance and media buying.


Requirements:


  • 1–2 years of proven experience in User Acquisition for gaming projects.
  • Deep understanding of ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok; ASA, DSP experience is a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with attribution/analytics tools (Appsflyer / Adjust, Firebase, Power BI / Tableau, Excel).
  • Solid understanding of free-to-play game economics (LTV, payback period, cohort analysis).
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing.
  • English level: Intermediate+ (for partner communication and reading documentation).


Nice to Have:


  • Experience launching campaigns in Tier-1, MENA, LATAM, or SEA markets.
  • Familiarity with automation tools (scripts, API, bid optimizers).
  • Basic knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience collaborating with creative production teams.
