We’re seeking a Senior Program Manager with a strong foundation in agile delivery in multi-application & multi country deployment and enterprise collaboration to guide teams through transformation and help scale agile practices across complex environments.

This role is ideal for professionals with global delivery leadership with strategic agility, and who thrive in dynamic, multi-team settings. You’ll be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and high performance.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage end-to-end program delivery across the globe with multiple teams and partners, focused on enhancing product development capabilities.
• Apply Lean principles to lead process efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, UX, and platform teams to define program goals, success metrics, and delivery milestones.
• Establish governance, communication, and reporting structures to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Find and address risks, manage interdependencies, and remove execution roadblocks.
• Champion a culture of collaboration.

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of program management experience in enterprise technology or product development settings and multi – country & multi-application deployments
• Experience leading complex and global programs that support end-to-end product development workflows or platforms.
• Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
• Expertise in managing programs with a global footprint.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and SAFe practices
• Experience with developer enablement, DevOps tooling, or CI/CD ecosystems.
• Education level: Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Engineering, or another technical field
• Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP (Program Management Professional) etc. preferred
• Language requirements: Fluent in English.
