What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing and implementing APIs, databases, and data pipelines to support growing traffic and advanced features.
• Ensuring system scalability, observability, and efficiency while driving cost optimizations.
• Taking full ownership of features, delivering high-quality results with excellent uptime and reliability.
• Collaborating with front-end, edge-computing, and machine learning teams to support the broader platform.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience: 5+ years in backend development, with a proven track record of building and scaling systems of substantial size.
• Tech Expertise: Strong knowledge of FastAPI, Python3, Docker, Postgres, and Redis, including hands-on experience with API, database, and pipeline optimization.
• Bonus Skills: Experience with React/React Native, infrastructure-as-code (Pulumi/AWS), monitoring (Sentry/Grafana), or authentication tools (Auth0).
