Chief Technology Officer (CTO) / Head of Engineering

LoopVoice.ai is building the next generation of voice-AI for ecommerce. Our platform enables brands to recover lost sales, enhance customer service, and drive upsells through intelligent AI voice agents that integrate directly with Shopify and other commerce platforms.

We are seasoned entrepreneurs who have scaled businesses to $1M+ EBITDA annually and completed 50+ profitable exits across ecommerce and entertainment. We know how to build, scale, and sell companies — but engineering is where we need you.

Our MVP is live, validated, and currently developed by an agency. Now, we’re looking for a world-class CTO / Head of Engineering to take the reins, build the in-house tech team, and scale LoopVoice into a product and company ready for hyper-growth to reach its deserved valuation of $100M+.

As CTO, you will own all technical decisions and execution for LoopVoice. You’ll transition the MVP from agency hands into an internal team, refine the architecture for scale, and lead the development of our AI-powered platform into a robust, secure, and enterprise-ready SaaS product.

You’ll work closely with the founders — who bring deep expertise in scaling, marketing, sales, and operations — to turn LoopVoice into a category-defining AI company.

• Technical Leadership: Define the product’s technical vision, architecture, and roadmap.
• MVP Transition: Take over from the agency, review codebase, and establish in-house engineering standards.
• Product Development: Lead development of new features, integrations (Shopify, Twilio, etc.), and scaling infrastructure.
• Team Building: Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team.
• Scalability & Security: Ensure the platform is scalable, reliable, and secure, ready for thousands of merchants.
• Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve in voice AI, ecommerce SaaS, and customer experience tech.
• Collaboration: Work directly with founders on product, growth, and investor strategy.

• Experience: Proven track record as CTO, Head of Engineering, or Senior Tech Lead at a SaaS/AI startup (preferably in voice, ML/AI, or ecommerce).
• Technical Skills: Strong background in building and scaling cloud-based applications. Expertise in AI/ML, real-time voice technologies, and integrations (Shopify, Twilio, APIs).
• Leadership: Ability to hire, lead, and inspire engineering teams.
• Startup DNA: Comfortable with speed, ambiguity, and ownership. You can build quickly and iterate fast while maintaining quality.
• Product Thinking: You care not just about code, but about how tech decisions drive business outcomes.
• Nice to Have: Previous experience in high-growth startups from MVP to Series A/B scaling.
