We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to lead the design of intuitive, accessible, and visually cohesive user interfaces for our AI platform. In this role, you will be responsible for creating user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes that simplify complex workflows and enhance user experience. You will develop and maintain scalable design systems, collaborate closely with product managers and front-end developers, and conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. A strong focus on data visualization, accessibility (WCAG compliance), and design consistency across platform components is essential to this role.
Requirements
We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to lead the design of intuitive, accessible, and visually cohesive user interfaces for our AI platform. In this role, you will be responsible for creating user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes that simplify complex workflows and enhance user experience. You will develop and maintain scalable design systems, collaborate closely with product managers and front-end developers, and conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. A strong focus on data visualization, accessibility (WCAG compliance), and design consistency across platform components is essential to this role.
Requirements
- Design intuitive, user-centric interfaces for complex components within the AI platform to enhance usability and engagement
- Develop end-to-end user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes to communicate design intent effectively
- Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries to ensure a cohesive and consistent user experience across the platform
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate based on user feedback
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements and user needs into clear, actionable design solutions
- Partner closely with front-end developers to ensure accurate and high-quality implementation of visual designs
- Design interactive data visualization components to present AI metrics, model performance, and analytics clearly and effectively
- Ensure all interfaces meet accessibility standards and comply with WCAG guidelines for inclusive user experiences
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 3 years focused on designing complex technical platforms, tools, or enterprise applications
- Proven portfolio showcasing design work on AI/ML tools, data dashboards, or other data-intensive interfaces
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and related platforms
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing best practices
- Experience designing sophisticated user workflows, including forms, assessments, and multi-step interactions
- Deep knowledge of design systems, component libraries, and design token frameworks
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design implementation
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field; equivalent professional experience will also be considered
- Design Tools: Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision for UI design and wireframing
- Prototyping: Experience with interactive prototyping tools such as Axure RP, Framer, and ProtoPie
- User Research & Testing: Familiar with tools like UserTesting, Hotjar, and Optimal Workshop for user research, behavior analysis, and usability testing
- Collaboration Platforms: Skilled in using Zeplin, Abstract, and Miro for cross-functional collaboration and design handoff
- Design Systems: Experience working with and documenting design systems using tools like Storybook and Zeroheight
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of HTML/CSS, with working knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js) and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)
