We are looking for a skilled technician with experience in repairing, inspecting, and preparing used or old tech devices for resale. The role also involves handling trade-in evaluations, managing inventory, and creating product listings on platforms like Amazon, Noon, and our in-house systems.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair mobile phones, tablets, and other electronic devices.
• Perform detailed inspections and prepare devices for resale (grading condition, quality checks, warranty readiness).
• Process and evaluate trade-in devices, ensuring accurate condition assessment.
• Manage inventory records, stock updates, and product availability.
• Create and optimize listings on Amazon, Noon, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Ensure compliance with platform requirements and maintain accurate product data.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in device repair and refurbishment.
• Strong knowledge of trade-in systems and old tech markets.
• Familiarity with Amazon and Noon listing processes.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management tools.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.

Preferred:

• Previous experience in the UAE refurbished tech or trade-in industry.
• Knowledge of pricing strategies for used devices.
