IT Project Manager - Insurance
Hiring an IT Project Manager to lead projects in the insurance domain, delivering core systems, portals and digital solutions while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, scope, and initiate projects in line with business and regulatory goals
- Lead cross-functional teams (underwriting, claims, policy services)
- Implement core insurance systems, billing platforms, and portals
- Monitor KPIs, budgets, schedules, and compliance
- Manage risks, data privacy, and project closure
Requirements:
- 5 + years IT project management, with proven experience in the Insurance domain
- Knowledge of insurance processes: quotations, policies, claims
- Proficient in Agile/Scrum or Waterfall; tools like Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps
- PMP or CSM certification preferred
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
