We are seeking an experienced MEP Manager (Electrical) to lead and oversee at large Electrical, mechanical and plumbing (MEP) engineering activities for our construction high rise building projects. The ideal candidate will ensure technical excellence, compliance with industry standards, and successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Manages the MEP team with professionalism, providing clear direction and ensuring alignment with Mace standards.
• Must have completed the full cycle of the projects from the raft till the hand over.
• Accountable for MEP delivery, health & safety, quality, and commissioning.
• Builds strong relationships with sub-contractors and internal teams.
• Lead MEP design review, coordination, and execution across projects.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards, codes, and regulations.
• Manages tendering processes, offering technical and commercial support to leadership.
• Defines procurement strategies and ensures packages are aligned with scope and budget.
• Reviews contracts and scopes, supporting budgeting, scheduling, and commercial issue resolution.
• Implements strategic project plans aligned with projects priorities, commissioning, and safety.
• Oversees design reviews, ensuring compliance, coordination, and sustainability.
• Coordinates delivery strategies, considering milestones, logistics, and sequencing.
• Uses various tools to assess productivity, track progress, and identify risks or delays.
• Manages project close-out, ensuring high-quality delivery of commissioning, O&M manuals, and training.
• Identifies and mitigates risks, ensuring proactive planning and resolution.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to MEP teams.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and consultants to resolve technical issues.
• Review project documentation, drawings, and specifications.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in MEP management on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, design codes, and standards.
• PMP, LEED, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office software. Revit MEP is a plus.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Ability to work in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment.
