Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee planning, execution, and delivery of residential and commercial real estate projects. The candidate will coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee all phases of real estate projects from concept to handover.
• Coordinate and manage architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Monitor project budget, schedule, quality, and compliance with regulations.
• Conduct risk assessment, problem-solving, and resource allocation to meet project goals.
• Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of proven experience managing large-scale real estate or construction projects.
• Proficient in project scheduling, risk management, budgeting, and project management software.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai building codes, regulations, and real estate development processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
