Fullstack Software Engineer

An opportunity with a Tier 1 Investment Bank for a Fullstack developer. This position is in London, hybrid and for a duration of 6 months, inside ir35, £625 per day.

You will be part of the Global Fixed Income Rates and Credit Client Trading Application team. Your role involves developing and implementing creative solutions to address business challenges while supporting a sophisticated and multifaceted platform.

- Prior experience with ION platform
- Strong knowledge of swaps trading and clearing processes
- Solid understanding of bond pricing, preferably with PXE experience
- Proficiency in Java programming
- Strong grasp of low-latency, multi-threaded coding techniques
- In-depth knowledge of object-oriented programming and design patterns; familiarity with functional programming is a plus
- Comprehensive understanding of Rates and Credit bonds as well as derivatives
