Our client is a rapidly growing global crypto exchange, offering a secure and innovative platform for digital asset trading. With a mission to drive adoption of blockchain and cryptocurrencies, they are expanding their team in Dubai and seeking an Onboarding Analyst to join their dynamic operations.

Role Overview

As an Onboarding Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clients while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. You’ll be responsible for handling KYC/AML checks, supporting operational workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a secure, user-friendly experience for customers entering the crypto ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify client documentation to ensure compliance with KYC/AML regulations.
• Manage onboarding workflows and escalate complex cases to senior compliance teams when necessary.
• Support customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
• Work closely with Compliance, Risk, and Customer Support teams to maintain strong internal processes.
• Track, report, and resolve onboarding-related issues in a timely manner.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in onboarding, compliance, or operations within financial services, fintech, or crypto.
• Strong understanding of KYC/AML processes and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
