Project Coordinator

Scope

Executes assigned project tasks with oversight, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with defined processes. Takes ownership for the quality and completion of individual tasks while escalating issues beyond their scope. Provides essential support to Project Managers by coordinating activities, maintaining documentation, and preparing prerequisites for smooth project delivery.

Impact

Strengthens project delivery by ensuring day-to-day tasks are owned and delivered to a high standard. Builds accountability by tracking progress, following through on assigned actions, and escalating blockers appropriately. Reduces delivery risks for Project Managers by handling coordination, tracking, documentation, and timeline management support, allowing PMs to focus on customer management, escalations, and strategic delivery.Technical Execution

  • Owns assigned delivery tasks and ensures they are completed on time, to quality, and as agreed.
  • Prepares prerequisites (data templates, access, readiness checks) to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Updates trackers, documentation, and customer-facing materials under PM guidance.
  • Coordinates UAT, training logistics, and handover activities with oversight from the PM.
  • Takes accountability for accurate reporting of task status and promptly flags blockers, risks, or issues to the Senior Project Coordinator or Project Manager.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Maintains clear, professional communication with internal teams and customers, escalating complex topics as required.
  • Provides structured updates to the PM on task status, dependencies, and customer actions.
  • Acts as a coordination hub for project activities, ensuring all contributors stay aligned.
  • Builds customer trust through responsiveness, while deferring design, scope, contractual discussions, and timeline commitments to PMs.

Team Building & Strategic Enablement

  • Develops delivery knowledge by shadowing and learning from PMs and SPCs.
  • Contributes to continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned from execution tasks.
  • Builds HRMS domain literacy (payroll cycles, leave accrual basics, T&A setups).
  • Supports knowledge-sharing by suggesting small refinements to templates and checklists.


Salary range - 7,000- 10,000AED
