Role Summary

As our Junior BI Analyst, you will assist the BI team in collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to help drive business decisions. This role supports senior analysts and business stakeholders by turning raw data into actionable insights, maintaining dashboards, and ensuring data quality.

What you’ll do

• Develop executive-ready reports and dashboards that turn complex data into clear, actionable insights aligned with business objectives.
• Maintain and update dashboards and recurring reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency of key metrics such as traffic, GMV, and inventory.
• Build and maintain data pipelines integrating multiple sources (e.g., web analytics, CRM, inventory, marketing platforms) to ensure reliable, unified data warehouse.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis for cross-functional teams (Merchandising, Planning, Leadership), delivering insights on different business topics like top sellers, underperforming products, return trends, and category performance.
• Write, optimize, and review SQL queries; perform data quality checks and troubleshoot reporting issues to ensure integrity.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that support strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
• Create compelling visualizations and presentations tailored to both executive and operational audiences.
• Streamline reporting workflows through automation, scheduled distribution, and process optimization.
• Support data governance by managing user access, maintaining dashboard structures, and ensuring compliance with security standards.

What you’ll bring

• 3–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, data analytics, or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL (BigQuery preferred), Excel/Google Sheets, and Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Working knowledge of Python or another programming language for data manipulation and automation.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud tools and functions.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Background in e-commerce or fashion retail.
• Experience with AI automation projects and emerging analytics technologies.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis methods and A/B testing.
