You will be joining a company that build software solutions fast to solve real problems within the workplace. The team builds tools that help engineering and product teams respond to incidents, reduce downtime, and continuously improve.
We’re looking for a pragmatic, energetic customer facing and product-minded engineers who will succeed in a fast-paced environment with complex problems.

You will be joining a company that build software solutions fast to solve real problems within the workplace. The team builds tools that help engineering and product teams respond to incidents, reduce downtime, and continuously improve.

Role
- Identify high-impact problems and make smart trade-offs to solve them quickly
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and shape product direction
- Own features end-to-end—from design and planning to implementation and delivery
- Iterate rapidly, balancing speed with technical depth
- Set a high bar for collaboration, communication, and decision-making
- Experience building production-ready applications in Golang
- Strong customer focus and product intuition
- Comfortable with ambiguity and early-stage ideation
- Collaborative mindset with a track record of elevating team performance
- Ability to manage technical debt pragmatically and prioritise impact
- PHD/Masters level education
