Agile Coach

Mode of work: Onsite (4-5 days per week)

Detailed Job Description

• A Senior Agile Coach will enable our organization by developing highly effective teams and facilitating the organizational culture change necessary for sustained success.
• As part of the agile team, the Senior Agile Coach will bring strong consulting and facilitation skills to guide organization leaders through improving their agile mindset.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills and strong time management skills.
• As a Senior Agile Coach, you will also need an adaptive coaching style with the ability to work with teams at various levels and in locations around the world.
• Breaks down complex information into understandable terminology and actionable concepts.
• Build and support an enterprise Agile Center of Excellence (COE) with consistent training and coaching available to the whole organization.
• Work with internal stakeholders to do a team assessment, design the Point of Arrival (PoA)
• Propose steps for a sustainable transition to the PoA, and how leadership and leads can be engaged to support it
• Guide the teams through the transition
• Retrospectives and Continuous improvements recommendations
• Work with internal Agile/Scrum masters/leads for long-term adoption
