This is an on-site contract role for an Agile Coach located in Toronto, ON. The Agile Coach will be responsible for providing agile leadership and coaching to teams, facilitating agile practices, and guiding the implementation of design thinking methodologies. The Agile Coach will work closely with cross-functional teams to promote agile principles, improve team dynamics, and drive continuous improvement. Daily tasks include leading coaching sessions, providing consulting services, and fostering a collaborative and adaptive work environment.

• Agile Leadership and Agile Coaching skills
• Experience in Design Thinking and Coaching
• Consulting skills to guide and advise teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Toronto, ON
• Experience in the IT or software development industry is a plus
• Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master, Agile Coach) is preferred
