About The Role
We are looking for a motivated Software Engineering Intern to join our engineering team. This internship offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced engineers on building backend systems and AI automation workflows. You’ll gain hands-on experience with modern technologies, learn best practices in software development, and contribute to real-world AI-driven products and services.

About The Role
We are looking for a motivated Software Engineering Intern to join our engineering team. This internship offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced engineers on building backend systems and AI automation workflows. You’ll gain hands-on experience with modern technologies, learn best practices in software development, and contribute to real-world AI-driven products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in Building AI Automation Workflows: Support the development and orchestration of backend workflows for AI-driven processes using tools like Apache Airflow, Prefect, or custom-built schedulers.
- Develop and Maintain Backend Services: Write clean, maintainable code in Python and Go to support internal APIs, data pipelines, and automation logic.
- Integrate External APIs and Systems: Help build interfaces to connect AI models, third-party services, and internal databases into unified workflows.
- Implement and Manage Monitoring & Logging: Assist in setting up observability tools to track workflow performance, failures, and data quality issues.
- Collaborate on Data Handling Tasks: Participate in data ingestion, transformation, and validation efforts to ensure workflows are driven by clean and consistent inputs.
- Work Closely with the Engineering Team: Contribute to daily standups, sprint planning, and implementation tasks under the guidance of senior engineers and the tech lead.
- Contribute to Documentation: Write and maintain documentation for developed workflows, APIs, and internal tools to support knowledge transfer and scalability.
- Explore and Prototype AI Tools: Research and experiment with new libraries or models that could improve orchestration or automation capabilities.
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Familiarity with at least one backend programming language (Python, Go, or similar).
- Basic understanding of APIs, data structures, and algorithms.
- Exposure to databases (SQL or NoSQL) and concepts of data pipelines is a plus.
- Interest in AI/ML technologies and eagerness to learn orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Prefect).
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to learn quickly.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Hands-on experience building scalable backend workflows and working with AI automation tools.
- Mentorship from senior engineers and exposure to agile software development practices.
