A Global Firm is seeking a Vulnerability Management Lead to spearhead a newly established capability. This high-impact role will shape the strategic direction of vulnerability risk management across diverse technology environments. As a subject matter expert, you will play a pivotal role in driving remediation efforts, establishing patching standards, and ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks.
Role
You will lead the vulnerability management function, taking ownership of first-line outcomes and collaborating across IT, OT, and cybersecurity teams. Your responsibilities include analyzing and prioritizing vulnerabilities, coordinating patching efforts, and ensuring compliance with internal and external standards. The role demands a strong understanding of risk trade-offs, technical environments, and operational constraints. You will also be responsible for integrating vulnerability data with broader security systems and maintaining oversight of patch deployment and compliance tracking.

Role

Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in vulnerability management
- Strong knowledge of vulnerability assessment frameworks and tools (e.g., CVSS, MITRE ATT&CK, NIST)
- Familiarity with cloud environments, DevSecOps practices, and container security
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional remediation initiatives and manage complex technical risks
- Relevant certifications preferred: CISSP, CISM, OSCP, CEH, ITIL, PMP
