Get to Know the Role

We are seeking an Infrastruccture Engineer to manage and support infrastructure systems across our manufacturing and office environments. This role focuses on ensuring system reliability, security, and performance. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain critical IT services and respond to incidents swiftly.

Essential Responsibilities

• Manage infrastructure systems including network, servers (Windows, Linux, HP Unix), storage, and backups.
• Monitor and respond to IT security incidents, ensuring system integrity and availability.
• Perform patch management, virus/malware protection, and system hardening.
• Support and troubleshoot M365 services and user experience across devices.
• Conduct performance and capacity planning for IT infrastructure.
• Implement and maintain IT security policies and compliance measures.
• Perform audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities.

Other Responsibilities

• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for system upgrades and issue resolution.
• Support monitoring tools setup and alert configuration.

Skills and Competencies Profile

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in infrastructure support.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Servers, AD, VMWare/Nutanix.
• Experience with MS Azure, SharePoint, and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of network security, firewalls, and routing protocols.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Effective communication and teamwork.

Travel Requirement

• Minimal travel (<10%) – occasional support at regional sites or vendor meetings.
