Responsibilities

• Oversee entire projects' lifecycle and manage project team and deliverables
• Prepare overall project, financial and statistics report
• Participate in job-site meetings, eg. Technical and nominated sub-contract (NSC) co-ordination meetings
• Review system design and specification to ensure compliance and safety standards
• Appoint sub-contractors for different trades and establish their scope of work and liabilities
• Manage and set up the allocated site office and storage
• Submit shop drawings, equipment delivery schedule, materials samples to main contractor for approval by the respective consultants
• Plan and monitor equipment delivery to job-site
• Ensure job-site safety standards are in compliance with the relevant regulatory authorities, eg. Factory Act and BOWEC (Building Operations and Works of Engineering Construction)
• Monitor, assess and evaluate the performance of sub-contractors
• Submit monthly progressive claim to main contractor for certification by consultants for payment
• Check and supervise project final testing and commissioning

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• More than 8 years experience in project management within air-conditioning, chiller or HVAC industry
• Experience in AutoCAD is advantageous
