We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the data operations of IhaCo by analyzing client application data, tracking performance metrics, and providing insights to improve efficiency. You will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that help IhaCo optimize client outcomes and business performance.

- Collect, clean, and organize client and operational data.
- Assist in building and maintaining dashboards to track KPIs (applications submitted, client hires, turnaround times, etc.).
- Conduct basic statistical analysis to identify trends and patterns in job applications and outcomes.
- Prepare regular reports to support decision-making for management.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement.
- Support automation initiatives by ensuring accuracy and consistency of data inputs.
- Document processes and provide recommendations for scaling analytics as IhaCo grows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience REQUIRED).
- Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio preferred).
- Basic knowledge of SQL or Python (preferred but not required).
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a startup environment.
