Job Title: Scrum Master (with Agile Coaching Experience)
Location: Princeton, IN
Work Model: Onsite – 3 Days per week (Locals only)
Objectives of the Role:
- Act as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support teams in removing impediments and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Encourage Agile values and principles while tailoring practices to team maturity levels.
- Provide limited Agile coaching to teams and stakeholders as needed, promoting collaboration and value delivery.
- Help Product Owners with backlog refinement and prioritization.
- Partner with other Scrum Masters and Agile practitioners to share knowledge and improve delivery outcomes.
Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, SAFe SM, or equivalent certification is required).
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Some experience in Agile coaching (mentoring teams, guiding Product Owners, or introducing Agile practices).
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
- Practitioner mindset with the ability to balance servant leadership and coaching.
- Passionate about helping teams grow in Agile maturity.
