We’re currently seeking a talented, resourceful, and open-minded Project Manager to join our growing New York team. This is an exciting opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, global business.
About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Manager with a strong background in technical design and production. You’ll manage multiple creative projects—from large-scale global rollouts to one-off bespoke installations—ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality.
This position is ideal for someone with a foundation in CAD/design who wants to grow in project management within the creative industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team designing and developing spatial concepts in line with the brand identity, understanding project requirements, design intent, and client preferences
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams across offices.
- Conduct research and compile data to support key decisions.
- Maintain project documentation and progress reports.
- Participate in client meetings, record minutes, and track action items.
- Conduct site visits and technical surveys as needed.
- Procure materials and services in a timely, cost-effective manner.
- Oversee production schedules and quality control.
- Provide technical support using SolidWorks and Rhino.
- Prepare presentations and documentation using MS Office and Adobe Suite.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (must).
- Must be based in New York.
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination or technical production.
- Proficiency in CAD software, especially SolidWorks and Rhino (must).
- Skilled in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Strong ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
