At Digiturnal, HR is about people. It’s about building a culture where creatives want to stay, grow, and give their best work. We are looking for a People & Culture Coordinator who can manage the basics of HR while enabling Digiturnal to be one of the most inspiring agencies to work in.



You will be asked to:
  • Handle core HR duties: contracts, leaves, recruitment support, onboarding.
  • Build a perks & benefits program such as wellness perks, employee recognition.
  • Organize team retreats, bonding activities, and celebrations that reinforce our culture.
  • Sign the team up for workshops and trainings that sharpen their skills.
  • Be the bridge between management and employees, keeping the culture alive and the people motivated.



You must have:
  • Studies or background in HR, business, or people management.
  • A proactive mindset, waiting for instructions won’t cut it.
  • A passion for people and the discipline to manage details.
  • Availability to start within 30 days or less.
