The Project Manager (O&IE) is responsible for managing single or multiple EPC offshore fabrication projects including Jackets with Piles, Topsides (Wellheads/Living Quarters), and Subsea Structures (Boat landings, Risers, Clamps, etc.). The role covers all project phases — from pre-bid and award through execution, closeout, and client handover — ensuring delivery within scope, budget, timeline, and HSE standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with project standards, procedures, and client requirements.
- Manage project kickoff, budget, scope, procurement, vendor management, and reporting for stakeholders.
- Supervise and motivate project teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery with strong HSE and cost controls; prepare contingency plans.
- Arrange and lead project meetings to track KPIs and performance.
- Manage interfaces with internal departments, subcontractors, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Track and report project costs, ensuring alignment with budget at all times.
- Ensure timely submission of accurate reports and contract deliverables.
- Oversee proper documentation, project closeout, lessons learned, and continuous improvement.
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, teamwork, and accountability.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with experience in Offshore Fabrication (Jackets, Topsides, Boat landings, etc.).
- PMP certification preferred.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, with strong project management expertise.
- Experience in multinational and multicultural project teams.
- Strong HSE commitment and commercial awareness.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
