We are looking for a Business Analyst / AI Integrator to strengthen our team. This role combines business analysis expertise with hands-on AI integration, focusing on process automation, CRM/ERP optimization, and the deployment of intelligent solutions that transform the way companies work.
Responsibilities- Actively participate in the presales process and discovery phase, identifying opportunities for automation and AI adoption
- Gather, formalize, and analyze business requirements
- Define and communicate clear tasks for the development team (user stories, acceptance criteria)
- Integrate AI-driven solutions: chatbots, voicebots, NLP-based assistants, and other
- Work with CRM/ERP platforms (such as Odoo, GoHighLevel, etc.) to design and optimize customer workflows
- Support clients throughout the implementation, ensuring smooth adoption and measurable business outcomes
- At least 3 years of proven experience as a business analyst or systems analyst
- Strong understanding of requirement gathering and analysis methodologies
- Experience in creating structured tasks for developers (user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria)
- Familiarity with AI solutions integration (chatbots, voicebots, or similar technologies)
- Knowledge of CRM/ERP systems and previous experience in integration projects
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with ability to align client needs and technical implementation
