Mid & Senior DevOps Engineers – Hybrid (Manchester)
Salary:
£40,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Hybrid – Manchester (2-3 days per week in the office)

You’ll play a pivotal role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable, secure, and efficient cloud-based systems using AWS and Amazon Kubernetes (EKS). Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll drive automation, enhance CI/CD pipelines, and optimize our cloud infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS.
- Design and maintain Kubernetes clusters using Amazon EKS.
- Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring reliability and scalability.
- Automate processes to minimize manual tasks and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration between software and infrastructure.
- Stay updated on emerging DevOps trends and tools to continually improve our processes.
About You:
- Mid-Level Role:
- At least 2 years of experience in a DevOps role.
- Proficient in AWS cloud services and Kubernetes.
- Senior Role:
- 4+ years of DevOps experience with strong expertise in AWS and Kubernetes.
- Leadership experience or mentoring junior team members is a plus.
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions).
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker.
- A problem-solver with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
