Designation: UI/UX Designer
Experience Required: 2–2.5 years (must have portfolio of live projects)
Department: Schbang Labs
Reporting To: Head of Schbang Labs
Primary Responsibilities
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI for Schbang Labs projects (Second Brain, BrainJump).
- Translate product requirements into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
- Collaborate with product managers, backend engineers, and frontend developers to ensure design feasibility.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while pushing for innovation in design.
- Document design systems and components for scalability.
Technical Skills Required
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD (Figma preferred).
- Experience in building responsive designs for web and mobile.
- Understanding of design systems, typography, color theory, and accessibility standards.
- Familiarity with basic frontend principles (HTML, CSS, React exposure is a plus).
- Bonus: Motion design and prototyping (After Effects, Principle, or similar).
Profile Fit
- 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and end-to-end project delivery.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments, balancing design detail with delivery timelines.
- Comfortable taking ownership of design direction for high-visibility projects.
