About The Role

We are seeking a passionate AI engineer to join our AI team. The AI team develops cutting edge deep learning, NLP, search, and generative AI algorithms that power AlphaSense Search and AI products.

You'll work closely with a team of talented researchers and engineers to deliver scalable solutions for our world class AI powered search platform.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience would be ideal for this position
• An expert in machine learning and deep learning. Ideally, you possess an advanced degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or relevant field with a focus on machine learning, but equivalent industry experience may be considered. Familiarity with the state-of-the-art research in Deep Learning, NLP and LLM
• Extremely proficient in Applied LLM/NLP, developing and deploying solutions using NLP frameworks like LangChain, HuggingFace, back-end web frameworks like FastAPI
• Familiarity with experimenting with Open Source and Commercial LLMs like Llama, Claude etc., deep understanding of Prompt Engineering
• Expertise on core engineering skills - Cloud, microservice architecture, caching, queuing
• Familiarity with concepts/tools as Docker, K8s, VCS, CI/CD
• An excellent communicator with strong organizational, problem-solving, debugging and analytical skills
  
  

Responsibilities

• Deploy LLM based production grade solutions
• Solve Engineering challenges that come along with LLM solutions such as high latency, non-deterministic output etc.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into machine learning architectures
• Own systems end-to-end including (but not limited to) design, code, monitoring, observability for Engineering Projects and training, testing, deployment and iteration for model training projects
