Junior UI/UX Designer

Location: London (Hybrid – London)

Salary: Up to £45,000 + bonus and benefits

This is an exciting entry-level role where you’ll collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver intuitive, user-friendly platforms across web, mobile, IoT, and emerging technologies.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting the design of user interfaces and experiences for new digital products and services.
• Assisting with user research, gathering feedback, and contributing to usability testing.
• Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to transform business needs into user-focused design solutions.
• Supporting the development of design systems and style guides.
• Helping to build prototypes and proof-of-concepts with guidance from senior team members.
• Promoting accessibility and inclusive design in all projects.

What we’re looking for

• 1–3 years’ experience in UI/UX or related design work (internships and university projects welcome).
• Familiarity with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript (a plus, not required).
