Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented, ambitious graduate to join our small and innovative team working on real world asset (RWA) tokenization. This is an entry-level role ideal for a recent graduate passionate about marketing, crypto, and Web3. You’ll play an active part in strategic brand building, campaigns, research, and community building—gaining hands-on experience in a high-growth tech sector with excellent career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

•       Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across social and digital channels together with data-driven marketing and analytics.

•       Help create and curate engaging content for social media, blog, and newsletters.

•       Conduct market research on crypto, Web3, DeFi and RWA trends to inform campaigns.

•       Assist in the organization of virtual events, AMAs, and webinars.

•       Build community engagement, grow followers, and support influencer outreach.

•       Track and report campaign results to the senior marketing team

•       Act as a Minestarters ambassador at events and functions

Requirements:

•       Recent graduate (business, marketing, economics, communications, or STEM preferred) with a strong academic record and internship or project experience preferred.

•       Demonstrated interest in crypto, Web3, DeFi and RWA—can clearly explain these concepts to others

•       Excellent written and verbal communication.

•       Strong social media skills and willingness to learn new channels and tools.

•       Proactive, adaptable with an entrepreneurial mindset, and ready to contribute in a startup team.

Salary: £28k - £32k per annum
