As an AI Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in understanding of practical digital technologies, and the ability to understand and solve complex business problems, working with clients across Advisory Technology to adopt emerging technologies; understand our customers problems; apply digital solutions in innovative and progressive manners to support technological transformation of modern businesses.

What you’ll do:
- Building and managing prompts with version control to meet business needs; optimize outputs via tailored context injection.
- Facilitating workshops to capture current processes and design future workflows guiding assistant development.
- Configure AI assistants and workflows using OpenAI GPTs, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and LangGraph.
- An aptitude for scoping and delivering enterprise-ready AI solutions that support business processes, combining consulting rigour with hands-on build and foundational AI expertise.
- Demonstrating strong prompt engineering skills with the ability to design and maintain reusable prompts tailored to the problem.
- Demonstrating expertise in context optimisation, ensuring Large Language Models (LLM) are well equipped to support the use case, to deliver accurate and cost-effective outputs aligned to client needs.
- Driving collaborative efforts with external clients and key internal stakeholders to understand core processes, identify opportunities to scope, design and deliver AI solutions.
- Demonstrating risk management skills to design guardrails & safety controls to drive high quality and safe usage of AI regardless of project scale.
- Facilitate client workshops & Proof of Concept (PoC) through the ability to present your approach, decisions, assumptions, risks in process and map how solutions fit into business workflows.
- Demonstrating excellent communication skills, able to simplify technical concepts, align stakeholders, and drive AI adoption internally and externally.
- Optional proficiency in Python, TypeScript/Node, LangGraph, and Langfuse.
