About the Role

• Maintaining employee records, ensuring data accuracy, and assisting with HR projects across various HR Information Systems
• Maintain accurate employee records across various HR Information Systems
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with VMCH policies
• Prepare and review employment contracts and employment changes
• Be the first point of contact for HR-related queries
• Support HR projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

About You

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources - Business or commerce
• Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• A high level of discretion when handling confidential information
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills
