This role is ideal for someone experienced in delivering SME technology projects, particularly around Microsoft Dynamics 365, either ERP or CRM.

Role overview:

As a Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of end-to-end technology projects, typically between 3 months and 12 months, for clients implementing or upgrading to Microsoft Dynamics 365. You’ll coordinate internal teams, external stakeholders, and third parties to ensure successful delivery on scope, time, and budget, while championing cloud-first thinking across ERP & CRM modernisation journeys.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and/or CRM implementations and upgrades.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects across various industries, primarily in the Manufacturing market.
• Define project scope, create delivery plans, allocate resources, and manage budgets.
• Collaborate with internal consultants, developers, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, issue resolution, and strategic guidance.
• Support cloud migration and modernisation projects, including legacy ERP or CRM transitions to D365.
• Ensure adherence to project governance, risk management, and quality assurance standards.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project delivery methodologies.

Required qualifications and skills:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering ERP, CRM, or business systems projects, ideally within a Microsoft Partner or IT consultancy.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 - FinOps, Business Central, Customer Engagement
• Ability to manage multiple projects with medium timelines (3 - 6 months).
• Strong understanding of cloud technology projects and ERP / CRM implementation lifecycles.
• Excellent client-facing communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional delivery teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with both waterfall and agile delivery models.

Preferred qualifications:

• Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM)
• Experience working with small to mid-market clients or across multiple industries
• Exposure to Power Platform or Microsoft Azure is a bonus
