Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for design, operations, and leadership? We’re looking for a Studio Manager to oversee and unify our architecture studio's operations, projects, and people—ensuring they align with our company's vision and values.
As the Studio Manager, you’ll be the central point of leadership across our teams, overseeing project managers, optimizing resources, and ensuring consistency, quality, and growth across the board. This role blends leadership, strategic planning, and execution in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
🔧 What You’ll Do
- Lead the overall studio operations, ensuring alignment across all project teams.
- Oversee multiple large-scale commercial and/or residential projects simultaneously.
- Act as the key liaison with clients and consultants to drive satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Define and track studio-wide KPIs (quality, budget, timeline, talent development, etc.).
- Manage resources, project interdependencies, and studio profitability.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture across architecture, design, permitting, and engineering teams.
- Support strategic planning, QA/QC protocols, and business development alongside the founders.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years in architecture or construction project delivery.
- 3+ years in a leadership or program management role.
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects and teams.
- Strong financial, operational, and strategic planning capabilities.
- Experience with international teams and clients is a plus.
- PMP or PgMP certification is a bonus.
