We are searching for an experienced Python Developer to join a Geneva-based Swiss Company that is building the next generation of Digitalisation Solutions!
You will be part of a Backend Engineering team composed of skilled Software Engineers responsible for developing and maintaining scalable and secure Web Applications built in Flask with a large international user base.
Your main responsibilities in this role will include collaborating with your colleagues to design and develop new features for company products and bringing your ideas along the way. You will be working on the company's flagship product, focusing on developing new features and perform customisations according to the users' needs.
We are looking for a developer who not only has strong technical skills in Python, experience with Flask, and expertise in MongoDB, but also possesses the ability to see the bigger picture of software architecture. Beyond "just" coding, we need someone who understands how all system elements interact and contribute to the overall product. This role requires a deep comprehension of how software systems are designed, built, and integrated to create a cohesive and robust solution. Familiarity with Django and MariaDB, as well as prior experience with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, is desirable.
