The Engineering Project Manager represents Besi to the customer in all project matters according to the principle of "one face to the customer". Within the company, he/she is the internal client and represents the customer's interests in the implementation of operational and strategic goals.

The Engineering Project Manager represents Besi to the customer in all project matters according to the principle of "one face to the customer". Within the company, he/she is the internal client and represents the customer's interests in the implementation of operational and strategic goals.
- Developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Gathering customer specific requirements (specification)
- Elaboration of a technical solution in cooperation with the involved development departments
- Project execution in compliance with deadlines, costs and quality
- Support of the product line with sales forecast and margin control
- Assistance in contract negotiations and design (product and solution presentations)
- Telephone negotiations and escalation management
- Ensuring the flow of information both internally and externally
- HTL, FH or University with a technical orientation, ideally with a focus on mechatronics and relevant professional experience
- Flexibility, independence and assertiveness
- Systematic, networked way of thinking, understanding of innovation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Target-oriented work under pressure
- High level of commitment, good motivator and team player
- Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
- German language skills are a strong plus
