As part of our talented team of Project Managers / Product Owners, you’ll lead your own e-commerce projects and services while supporting the team with your expertise in e-commerce implementation and ideally software development. You’ll manage external consultants and developers to deliver innovative solutions that exceed expectations. Additionally, you’ll oversee system operations from a product owner’s perspective, ensuring seamless performance and scalability.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND SERVICE OWNERSHIP
In the role as an IT Project Manager / Product Owner you will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of Red Bull’s technical e-commerce product portfolio, ensuring its continued development and success. Collaborating closely with business stakeholders, you will align on requirements, priorities, and project timelines to deliver optimal solutions. You will coordinate and oversee the scope, budgets, timelines, and resource management of external implementation teams and partners to ensure project success. Leading projects based on Red Bull’s project management standards, you will focus on delivering results using agile methodologies.
SOLUTION DESIGN
You will work with IT and implementation teams to create solution designs in a highly integrated, technologically complex, and innovative environment. Supporting the organization’s digital transformation, you will help guide the transition of on-premise e-commerce applications to modern cloud-based platforms, such as SAP Commerce Cloud or Shopware e-commerce solutions. In a broader scope you will design and implement integrations with additional cloud solutions like Cloudinary (Digital Asset Management) or Bloomreach Engagement (Marketing Automation).
BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP
You will interpret and challenge business requirements, translating them into functional scopes and technical designs that align with Red Bull’s goals. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will support and guide the Sales and Consumer Products departments on e-commerce application matters to maximize organizational value. You will drive continuous improvements and enhancements to Red Bull’s e-commerce applications, ensuring they remain cutting-edge and user-focused.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
- University degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in the IT Project Management area
- E-Commerce Process knowledge preferred
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Knowledge / experience with SAP Commerce or Shopware is a plus
- Strong communication, exceptional problem-solving and conflict management skills
- Solution-oriented personality with a strong hands-on mentality and enjoyment of achieving things together as a team
